just purchased a deli-coffee shop, enjoy super fresh ingredients and participating as fully as possible in gastronomic adventure.
Stopped drinking coffee and embraced loose leaf tea, but now that I have a small commercial Rancilio I am becoming obsessed with the idea of the perfect shot of espresso.
