As a company Espresso D’Milan prides itself with serving you, the coffee & espresso consumer. Our goal is to help you with any concerns or questions you may have. Our highly trained and sought after technicians will be able to provide you with the answers you require. We believe in providing you with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize the potential of your machine. We offer quick turn around time on residential repairs. Our technicians will take the time to call and inform you of what was found and what is needed allowing you to make the decisions. Our head technician is certified with factories all over the country, and has been trained in all aspects of the espresso machine industry. You will find our expert knowledge to be superior in maintaining your coffee and espresso needs.

As consumers ourselves we understand the need for quality and service. That is why we go above and beyond the competition. Our qualified technicians will be able to help you with any facet of the coffee and espresso industry. It is our responsibility to make sure that your experience with us is outstanding, and beneficial. We are determined to provide you with answers for any question you may have regarding your machine. At Espresso D’Milan we take the time to consider the customers needs and wants. When your machine leaves our shop we go the extra mile to clean and test all components at no extra charge. We want to make sure that your machine is functioning properly and at its maximum capability before it leaves our shop. Espresso D’Milan will never do any maintenance or repairs on your machine until you the consumer are consulted first. We will go over the diagnosis with you, and explain in detail what repairs need to be done and why. Espresso D’Milan stands by their products and our fellow coffee and espresso consumers.
