American Coffee
Greatest thing overheard at the Cosmic Cup in a long time. Customer walks in, orders a coffee of the day, walks over to the airpots, reads the descriptions, turns to my barista and asks: "Do you have any American coffee, ya know, like Chock Full o' Nuts?"

Well, hey Troy........it is "that heavenly coffee!" So if happen to have a can laying around the garage, circa '52, would that put it "out of its freshness date?" I want to know, How was that question answered? Did you change his mind? I mean, he did come to the Cosmic Freakin' Cup, did he not? He actually came in the door, so was he really a smart-ass or a pre-convert?

... reminds me of a customer who looked at our beer selection and asked: "Do you have any American beer?" We had a few microbrews on... all brewed in the US of A, but of course, we was looking for a Bud.
