Today, I made a double macchiato for Heather Perry and she said it was good! Then Bronwen Serna said, "Yeah, she knows how to do it." and I was over the moon!

Trish, You seem then to be the best person to ask this. I have seen two definitions of a macchiato. Basically, Espresso marked with milk foam, or milk foam marked with an espresso shot. Which is correct?
