Coffee Roasting and Cupping right here in humble Singgpore

  • My first buddy roasting with Suhaimie Sukiman.Selected this 3 coffees to roast.

Cupped the coffees prior to roasting. Not much flavours developped yet but that was unexpected aromas. Sumatra Mandheling had a dried spicy chilli aroma and the two african coffees apparently had a chocolaty smell.
