Hey Ed! I'm a Seattle-ite Barista. I'd be down to go to Victrola, Trabant (seeing as I work there) and my favorites Victrola and Aster.

Aster Coffee Lounge is in the Northwest neigborhood of Seattle called Balllard. They are an Intelligentsia and Novo Coffee account. They have a lovely 2 group Synesso, as well as a Clover and Anfim grinder. Mmm... plus they have great pastries and beer and wine. Yup. We're definitely doin that.

Lucky you! Seattle is perhaps the best place in the country for great coffee.
