I am on a quest to explore Coffee-Culture, with a focus on coffee roasters, coffeehouses, and brewing equipment that highlight the nuanced flavor of the bean. My passion is to follow and promote the 3rd-Wave of Coffee movement, as I consider this to be a type of evolution of the specialty coffee industry. Higher quality bean, lighter roasted, omni roasted, and pulled as SO-Espressos and SO-Americanos, and poured on the brew bar.
Love to be around Probat, Diedrich, San Fransisco, US. Roasting Corp, and Luring Roasting machines, as well as La Marzocco, Slayer, Synesso, Victoria Arduino, and Ranchilo Classe 11 espresso machines. Grinding with Mahlkoenig and Mazzer grinders is ever so sweet.
My past coffee-culture projects include Central Europe and the Southwest, and me current projects are focused on exploring Wisconsin, Chicago and Twin Cities coffee roasters and coffeehouses.
Exploring 3rd-Wave Coffee-Culture and SO-Espresso is one of my greatest passions in life.

Help me build a SO-Espresso Lab so that I can better report on the quality of the coffee beans from the Midwest coffee roasters by pulling their coffee as SO-Espressos and SO-Americanos for evaluation. Donate to this cause at GO FUND ME.
