What is your position in the coffee industry?
barista, manager, coffee enthusiast
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Ketchikan, AK, USA
How many years have you been in the industry?
4
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Antarctica! Someday I will go there. It's been a dream for awhile! I would love to go back to Russia and explore Finland a bit more. I think Central and South America would be amazing to see. Really, I'd be happy traveling anywhere!
About Me:
Four year barista and lover of good coffee. I'm moving to Portland, OR, in September, which I am VERY much looking forward to! I love outdoor activities, such as hiking, snowshoeing, biking, kayaking, etc. An Alaskan girl at heart, but it's time to head to the warmer climes of Oregon. One can only take a temperate rainforest for so long (although it will always be home). I love to read, entertain friends, drink wine, watch movies, and cook.
About My Company:
We're a two person operation on the beautiful island of Revillagigedo in Alaska. We sell both green and roasted coffee beans via our retail store, online shop, and eBay store. We have an in-store espresso cart. We roast coffee daily and feature 73 different kinds. It's a great business to work for and I love it!

Hey Brittany,

My group and I are students of the Hotel School at Cornell University and are conducting industry research about coffee consumption in the hospitality industry. We're assessing why people buy the coffee that they buy based on their coffee education level.

We would appreciate your participation in our quick survey and value your responses. Please note that all your answers will be kept confidential and used for research purposes only.

Thank you for your feedback. If you have any questions, feel free to message me back.

Sincerely,

Jaimee Estreller

Hey, thanks for coming by! I'm glad you had a good time at our little shop and our little island. You definitely stumbled upon one of the only non-touristy place on the whole island, and, we have a good time. I've always been curious about life on other islands and, when the time comes, will take vacations to other islands. Good luck!
