Antigua, Guatemala

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All of Latin America and all of Europe. I love seeing new places.
About Me:
I am an american with a coffee farm in Antigua Guatemala that has been in my family since the 1800,s. Of the large coffee farm that my great-grandmother bought long ago three acres remain. I have recently inherited the farm and I am trying to make it productive. Most have encouraged me to sell the land since it is very valuable. I would like to keep it for many reasons; to help local people, to keep a bird friendly green space and to sell top quality coffee.
About My Company:
The Rosales Coffee Company is a year old. I am a very motivated grower that wants to bring 100% Antigua Coffee grown in a single farm (Estate Grown) to roasters in the Bay Area that appreciate high quality coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The great possibilities for small farms with the right help.

SOE = Single Origin Espresso, I happen to be a fan of the area you are farming in (if you want to look at it that way).

I buy my current Guat from Gillies in NY

Our site sells it as such:

and lastly, I like being able to direct deal with farms and aid them in any way we can. We are currently doing something with a Dominican farm and I would like to do what we do with them with you if things go well, but I can discuss this over the phone easier so let me know if you are free to talk sometime.
