- I still have much to learn. I can create a consistent product. I have a pretty good understanding of coffee. I can pour pretty good latte art. I can tame Chuck Norris. I like to take macro shots of espresso with my digital slr. I enjoy making the most out of americanos.
In all seriousness... I can keep a machine EXTREMELY clean. I back flush a lot and wipe the screen in the groupe head whenever I have a spare moment.
I don't have hyperhidrosis.
I was raised on Intelli's Black Cat.
I enjoy single origin espressos.
Gimmie's Leftist espresso is pretty good.
I am yet to experience a shot of Toscano that TRULY satisfied me.
Beloya Selection 1 made me the happiest man alive...

- I am definitely still in the beginning process as far as my interest in specialty coffee goes. I hope to someday compete in a barista competition... I love to make music. I am hoping to dive into recording and producing bands. I have a girl who is a total babe (she loves me back too)... I couldn't be happier with life at this point...

Glad you had a nice time when you came to visit last summer. Ruth still works with us when she's home from college. During the year, she works at Spruce Street Espresso in Philadelphia - so next time you're in Philly, do visit her!
The new shop in Baltimore city will be opening shortly. Just some final papers to file with the city and we should be good to go. I anticipate we'll be rolling in a couple of weeks.
We have 1 solitary good retailer that I trained a good while back. Have your friend up here take a visit to Sugar Brown's at 50th & Slide.
