- Started making terrible coffee as a barista using Illy coffee imported to NZ at the age of 17. Was eventually trained properly and using locally roasted coffee produced great espresso.
Now I'm roasting Volcano Coffee and starting an espresso/pizza bar to compliment the roastery.
