Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Falkirk, Scotland
How many years have you been in the industry?
5
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Currently run a small Indy Coffee and Tea house in Falkirk, Scotland. We try to hold a large abundance of coffee and tea, in all varieties in stock, and educate people about coffee almost continually.

I've just recently finished my first year competing in the UKBC (which was amasing fun even though i didn't place) and i think there are two of us looking forward to next years.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Now anywhere that will have me i suppose, i want to learn mostly all there is to learn about coffee.
About Me:
Full time Bean Monkey.
About My Company:
It's not so much mine, i just look after it like it was. We have our own house blend, locally sourced and roasted fresh from Perth. (John rocks for helping us). We try to hold more tea and coffee than i can shake a stick at, and encourage people to always try something new, or just a new way of having an old favourite.

We constantly chat and teach people about good coffee, and try to entertain with it too.
It's cozy and comfy in our place, and up the back we have loads of computers and games consoles too.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Learning from everyone i meet.

True, a macchiato, being just espresso, either single or double is stained or marked with some milk.. But most people add as much milk as they like in order to do art etc.

a Latte macchiato which is kinda what your making, should big the milk body of a latte and stained with espresso ( a single shot usually) I pour the shot fist then milk in order to create art just as normal Latte.
No way is right and no way is wrong.... but you'll taste the difference.
