I bought a $400 Starbucks Barista machine in 2004 specifically so I could make the lattes I've been consuming for decades. Then I had I barista at Starbucks show me how he made them, and I learned from him. I only use the best, freshest ingredients, never resteam milk, and keep various flavors on hand to try new variations in what I love. Otherwise, I take my coffee black. Thanks :)
