The Sheep is doing well, a bit slower like all businesses right now. I've started working with Eric and Pete on beginning my roasting training.. couldn't be happier!
How are you doing?
I just am learning how to do this stuff and just checked my page. I had a little time with "barista judge" Lee Walter in Denver this weekend and caught up. Thanks for saying hi- I'm having a great time in chocolate and we've really created some neat new stuff and got some fun big projects going. Feeling quite appreciated at Mont Blanc!
