I roast for Riviera Coffee Company in Chandler. (just SE of Phoenix) We are a small wholesale roasting company that specializes in made-to-order small batch roasting of the best quality coffees available.

So far I'm going. I'm trying to make this trip as cheap as possible so I'm in the market for some hotel buddies to split room costs. I'm planning on taking some of the accredited classes from the Roasters Guild. I'm the most excited about the cupping classes. We should get coffee sometime, it would be great to meet others in the industry here.
