Your position in the industry shows: "barista, manager, barista trainer", and I don't wanna hate, but all I see are videos promoting Starbucks. Do you work for them? Why not come out and say it. There's often a thin line between community and propaganda on here, and I recommend you try and include many of the other fine roasters that are represented on this community. I love the idea of what you may be trying to do, but again, include different coffees than just Starbucks, or the occasional something else.

Do you work for Starbucks or just love their coffee? It would be interesting to see you compare Starbucks to some smaller local or national roasters. I would watch that to hear what you think.

Man, there is good coffee in KC. There's no good reason for this.
