I am the owner of Cafe Panini in Honolulu Hawaii. I been open for over six years. My cafe is more food than coffee but just over a year ago my passion for coffee has excel.
I am I.A.S.C. Certified.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Anywhere in central america.

I attend as many coffee shows as i can. Never stop learning. Try my best to educate my customers about specialty coffee. Enjoy roasting coffee and experimenting with different methods of brewing.
