- Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
- I'm not sure exactly, since I have never really discussed this yet with any other interested shops. We are fairly new to the coffee world but we make a variety of creative drinks and we pride ourselves on quality, taste, and presentation. We encourage friendly competition among our baristi and strive to learn more about coffee all the time.

- About Me:
- I am new to the coffee world but trying to learn as quickly as possible! I love espresso and fine pastry, both of which we make at my little espresso bar. I like to read, ride my bicycle, dine out veggie style, and bake, and I am always eager to meet new people who like to chat coffee or anything food related. I am married, with a young daughter who keeps me busy when I am not in my shop. My husband Gregg is the numbers man for Crave. He is so organized and helps me see the big picture of things!
- About My Company:
- Crave Espresso Bar opened for business in March of 2007. We have 10 employees and our business is growing slowly but surely. We offer free wifi, a funky urban mod-retro atmosphere, drive thru window, scratch-baked pastries, and a wide variety of beverages. We are fast becoming the fave neighborhood coffee spot in our part of town, and we are learning new techniques and refining our style all the time to offer the best drinks we can. We currently use a custom espresso blend from a local roaster, and offer a rotating varietal along with our house blend of drip or pressed coffee.
