Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I started out pulling shots in the first Bear Creek Coffee drive thru shop in 2000. I have held several positions since, including district manager, distribution manager, trainer, roaster, owner of Evans & King Coffee Roasters, President of Bear Creek Coffee, and Director of Swensonian Coffee Professionals. I am now the Northeast Coffee consultant for Dallis Brothers Coffee based out of New York. I volunteer regularly for the Specialty Coffee Association of America and I am a certified Lead Instructor for the SCAA, certified SCAA Cupping Judge and a licensed Q grader with the CQI.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any and all...but South Africa would be nice.

Dallis Bros. Coffee was the New York original. Since 1913, it has provided phenomenal Single Origin coffees to the New York area and beyond. Dallis Bros. has set the precedent for many of current specialty coffee standards over the years.

I think we have brought some members of the community out of their respective holes. The people really appreciate the environment, the coffee, the pie etc...We are gearing up to take on a morning crowd...long days Matt, Im sure you know.
