- I am absolutely new to the field. We opened Amped UP Cafe in February of 2008. I'm still trying products, espresso machines, and menu offerings in an effort to find my niche.

So sorry to hear about your mom :( I hope everything is going well for you. Yes, we opened on Tuesday and have been crazy busy ever since! I would love to see you at the shop in Holstein at any time. Also, how do you do your whipped cream? I'm spending a crap ton for whipped topping. Boy, the kids LOVE those smoothies!
Just reopened the cafe. My hubby had a series of heart attacks and had open heart surgery. I had to close for two weeks, but we are up and running again and I'm glad to say our business hasn't seemed to suffer for the time away.... except for the loss of receipts.
