Welcome to Barista Exchange, I think you'll find the site really informative. I saw your profile while surfing the site this morning and thought if you ever want to bounce some of your ideas off a local roaster, I would love to help you out. We roast in Delta, and our company is all about education. Let me know if I can help you out or if you would like to profile some coffees in the future.
Good Luck!
