Purchased an existing coffee cafe that has it's own Probat L12 roaster.We serve breakfast and lunch as well as our own baked goods.Went through the ABC school.

Married 27+ yrs(my wife Jan always reminds me exactly how many yrs), 3 kids, 1 grandchild, 1 son-in-law.Grew up in Santa Barbara California. Moved to Buellton CA. Lived there for 20 yrs owning an appliance sales and service busines. Got burned out. Moved to Arizona. Floundered for 4 yrs and finally bought a coffee cafe. Don't know anything about the food industry but I am learning fast.

The new espresso turned out better for sure. Nutty, slight fruit (grapefruit?), earthy and a Guinness crema. It could be sweeter and maybe a little lighter on the roast to make it shine. I think it would be good to try roasting the sumatra, columbian and ethiopian separately and blending after to see what that does. It might turn out a bit brighter then.
