Minimum qualifications:

- 18+ years old
- HS Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year of Barista experience

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to come to work on time and follow schedule

Responsibilities include:

- Engaging with customers and surpassing their needs
- Taking and ringing up orders
- Preparing and servings coffee, tea and other cold drinks
- Preparing and serving simple pastries/snacks
- Experience in making sandwiches
- Developing barista skills and helping train new hires
- Maintaining the store environment and equipment
- Re-stocking inventory and communicating store needs
- Cleaning work area as needed
