I'm not aware of any school or place in salt lake city...the are is fairly new to the coffee industry but you can stop at my shop and maybe we can interchanged ideas or work in different point on the brewing system. Hey thanks for the comment. I have no idea about a brewing class. I was coached by some people in cali. I would suggest getting a part time job and perhaps learning as you practice.

hey, so a really cool place they might show you around is called lavazza. They usually want you to buy lots of beans but just stop by and tell him how much you love coffee. Its off of third west and I think like 1400 S (its right next to that peruvian restaurant). I went, way cool, so many machines and different espresso products, its definitely worth a look.
