- We are currently focusing on manually brewed coffees. We offer four different beans, and four different brew methods. No espresso machine currently, but we're building towards that.

are you going to seattle this year? there is still so much to do! classes and competitions, new items like the fresh cup brew style... have yet to see if it trumps the french press.
i'd love to hear about your adventures at MJJ if you ever have the time ;) Matt is moving to Fort Collins in January. maybe i can actually keep a promise to visit.
