Hi Tina- No roaster finalized yet -- still narrowing down the options. Who do you use?
Thanks for sharing some of the challenges you had -- I think I have a good foundation: I went to the 6 day ABC management and barista classes, have been reading everything I can get my hands on, and went to Coffee Fest. But, despite all of that, I feel that I'm at a disadvantage because I haven't been in the industry.
