Thank you very much for your kind reply. To let you know me, I would say that we are not a roaster but only Barista Training organization in Beijing, Tianjin and Guangzhou of China. My questio is only concerning about my own knowledge about the marketing and trends of the market.

I would like to know your company and how it is running in the US market. For example, do you sell more beans for drip coffee or espresso? What is the ratio, and the trends of changing from one side to another, etc.
I love San Diego, all my surfer friends are there.
