About Me:
About a year ago I was asked to manage the coffeeshop at Calvary Chapel Bible College, without having any prior experience in coffee whatsoever. Needless to say, this past year has been a trial by fire, but I realized that I really do love coffee, and I am excited to learn more and take our shop to the next level.

We are the Overflowing Cup. Located on the campus of Calvary Chapel Bible College/Conference Center.

so, i'm trying to work out this whole "barista certification" thing, and i've realized the standard that we desire to achieve isn't really attainable with the methods we are currently using... i.e. preset: grind, tamp, and time for shots to pull... i mean that only leaves milk to the actual barista... and so, yea... thoughts?

i don't have any probs with givin you a little grief here and there, it gives me something to do at bravo, and helps me deal with my withdrawls from not having my boicua fix. and of course i want to go cupping! i asked david if i could go yesterday, he said he would check with you, i'm so down!
