Those are 10 oz glasses. For those who are accustomed to cupping with 8 oz or 5 oz Gibraltars, the cups here in the video are slightly wider. I know some people use those bowl looking white ceramic cups, but I have never tried them. So the video cups are the widest ones I ever use.

That's a pretty narrow glass.

I wonder how well this would work for a (much) wider mouth.
