Thanks for the video. I'm interested in a few things with your knowledge of the roaster. Does the roaster measure air temp or bean temp? You opened the cover in the early stages of the roast. Does the cover provide any insulating of the roast chamber? Basicly, if the cover is open does it take longer for the roasting chamber to achieve your pre-set high limit temp?
