The Barista Throwdown League is a friendly competition between baristas to see who can pour the best latte art. The first competition was held at Palace Coffee Company in Canyon, Texas, and this is a recap of the event.

hey maria. you're right on both counts. i do own the shop that this throwdown was in and i was in the "customer service class w/ you. (you were quiet fiery) hope things are going well with you.
jajajaja Love it...I worked with two of the Baristas in the Last SCAA event in Portland "Customer Service"...it looks like they work in that Cafeteria, don´t they? one is the guy with the microphone I don´t know his name...
