Toddy vs Filtron vs Japanese ice tower vs Fretta V60 vs Hario POTA vs hot drip brew/refridgerate.
I am very curious to know some pros and cons about the above list of cold brew systems. The shop I am running now brews reg. drip coffee hot, cools, than refrigerates. I just drank a cold brew made from 4 foot japanese ice tower and it was delicious. I wanna know more about alternative methods of cold brew, and im sure we all have valuable input that can help the coffee community find whats best for their shops. Thanks
