i just pulled our single pf out of the drawer and placed it on the espresso machine for all of my Baristas (and me) to contemplate.

We are going to challenge ourselves to prepare single espressos.

I know it can be done.....but are we up to the challenge?

pulling doubles for a single is such a waste. pulling singles might just be the challenge we, as Baristas need to step up our game.
