Does anyone know what happened to Cirqua Water Filtration Co.? I have been trying to call them and email them. There is no answer or even a voice mail.

No problam Scott, 3 years ago I myself was in charge of the production floor and design at Cirqua, and I can assure you that the HP800, LP150,T&O, and the new Easy systems were all built on my production floor in Camarillo by Cirqua.

Congrats to Global Customized Water and Stacy and David Beeman.  I worked with them as their creative help when they were Cirqua, and quite frankly, David's knowledge and Stacy's helpfulness, I am glad to see them back in the saddle.  Congratulations and thank you for providing this information.  Those of us can all breathe now that David and Stacy are back.

Coffee and Tea will always taste better because of this water.

I stopped by their office the week after they returned from New York, where they attended Coffee Fest.  I know they will also be at SCAA.  I can get you packets of The Formula which is the travel size of Cirqua Customized Water, now Global Customized Water, for those of you doing presentations on the road...just convo me. Need help and tried to call customized water but Brian's VM box is full. I have a leak on the fitting that is connected to the blue tank (LP150). Need to know if the entire fitting can be removed and replace with one from a home depot or Lowes etc... The leak almost appears to be coming from the fitting itself and not at a joint. Also need to get replacement filters.

Can anyone assist???

Call  PRODEW INC @ 770-420-3060. They are maintaining alot of these Cirqua RO Systems and stock replacements parts and filters for these systems. They should be able to provide you with comparable replacement parts for all Cirqua systems.

At Espresso Cielo in Santa Monica we went through the same thing.  I was able to find Tom Schimmel.  His phone number is 805-297-3133.  He used to work for Cirqua and then started his own company servicing water filtration systems.  Tom is amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.  

Yeah to Tom Schimmel!  He's a real good guy! Go Tom!!!  Silver lining people, silver lining!  VERY Knowledgeable, worked side by side with Tom when we were at Cirqua.  He answered all my questions when I worked on the brochures and ads! Thanks Diane. - JP

Cirqua didn't manufacture anything, as far as I know.  They just rebranded other peoples products.  Their RO systems were made by Nimbus Water.  Nanos by someone else.  Water Tec of Tucson carries parts (www.water-tec.com).  What do you need?
