Hey, I am considering starting my own coffee cart and am in need of some assistance.  I am not exactly sure what equipment is needed to run a cart.  Can anyone provide a list of equipment needed or direct me to a website that has a list of supplies needed?  I am starting a cart from scratch so I will need everything from equipment to power the cart to the espresso machine.  Is it reasonable to try to start a cart  within the price range of $15,000-$20,000?  I don't believe that my cart is not going to be completely mobile, but will have be relocated only every 6 months or so.  What kind of equipment do people use as a cash register and credit card processing?  I know this is a lot to answer but any insight would be better than none.  I have found some information online but it all seems to differ between peoples.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Andrew

check out www.bridgecarts.com. solid carts. i used to have one.

If it were me I would have a simple cash register and one of those CC attachments that goes on a smartphone - www.squareup.com.  Then no need for a land line, but I really have no experience with this.  The donut shop in my neighborhood uses one - and they have a land line.  swipe fees might be high.  then again so are business land lines.
