What dripper do you prefer for shop use? We are currently using Hario V60s. They result in a good cup. But I've heard that the bee house requires less attention so as to allow for more drinks to be prepared simultaneously. Is this the case?

V60 is probably the best one you can get for shop use, I'm using same one in my shop and it works really well.

If we're talking personal preference, I would say Beehouse.  If we're talking convenience and flexibility, I'd say plastic V60.

In terms of cup profile, I tend to prefer Beehouse time and time again.  Over pretty much any other single cup pourover method I'd tried.  (Kalita, Clever included)

We used Bonmacs for a long time but have switched to Kelitas since they are stainless steel and more durable than porcelain.

I personally like beehouse for versatility with knowledgable technique - prefer it over the V60. Bonmacs are great for making it impossible for employees to pour too fast on a small cup.
