Yeah, I hear that... what are your customers thinking? Do they notice the things that, to you, aren't there?
You know, I think it would create a huge loyalty if we asked our customers what they want in our coffee shops.
If we are able to respond to some of the suggestions, we will have a better chance of providing exactly what our customers will spend their money on.
Indeed, a written survey would need to be available to all customers who choose to submit their opinions; done with specific questions to get exactly what you need to know.
And you are right Richard, the test is important... and the test needs to be long enough to get accurate results. We cannot simply let change drive us, we need to be engaged in the change and help steer our direction.

I have a minor in psychology, but I have not taken, nor do I plan to take, Research Methods. My significant other, however, has a bachelors in Psychology, but I don't think she would be interested in the time it would take to do something like this. Time is short in a field like hers.
