Oh wow Capetown. I have friends moving there and I'd love to go. Here's my questions:
Starting when?
Short or long term?
What kind of compensation?
Any chance you can help find housing?
What kind of espresso machine, brewed coffee machine, and coffee are you using?

Ok, We got a Synesso Cyncra Gr3, A La Mazocco GB5 Gr2, Various machines in the Barista School, Mostly Compak K10 Grinders. you can see our coffees at http://www.originroasting.co.za/site.asp?o_l=3&s_l=15 We are also looking for Barista Trainers urgently as our school is exceeding capacity!

was that to me if so lets talk more would love an adventure right know have been teaching anything from 1 to 30ppl per class for years contact me kamal_haggerty@yahoo.co.nz

David, I am possibly going to be in the area next summer. A big maybe but I am interested in getting more information. I have been in the coffee business for 12 years and have owned a shop for 10. Thanks!
