Howdy Barista exchangers,

I just wanted to share the new Dandelion technology as I create it. I've added an elevated shelf to display the coffees and a lighted platform for the base.

Now it looks like god himself is blessing your coffee.

ok, im espresso kid and we dont have that here, in adriatic...so please, help me with this, how it works cos looks great, how can i get this...
If you'll allow me humbly to reply, I believe it's a tricked out pour-over drip bar that gets people away from brewing 3L pots of great coffee to actually manually controlling each 10/12/16 oz. cup with individual dosing and manual coffee agitation. We have a cheaper version in our cafe with plastic cones instead of ceramic (i love the ceramic). It's a nice little conversation piece, too.

When I helped design and promote the stainless drip station a year or more ago, I wrote some "benefits" of adding a drip station to your coffee bar ...

• Zero Waste - as you are only grinding enough coffee for each cup, there will never be excess coffee left over, like in an airpot, to dump out once it has lost it's freshness.

• Charge a Premium - people appreciate the attention and care involved in grinding and brewing a special cup of coffee for them. The extra theatre aspect, freshness and skill of the barista can easily demand an additional 25 to 50 cents per cup.

• Ultimate Freshness - we all know the importance of grinding fresh coffee, and with the Drip Station you get the freshest cup possible for each customer. Grind, Pour, and Enjoy!

• Single Origin Coffees - Expand your coffee menu to include single origin coffees without having to brew a full pot. Offer a menu similar to that in a wine bar where customer can choose coffees from around the world. This is also a perfect solution for those often loyal decaf coffee drinkers.
