What is it costing you per unit, to make your staple drink, whatever that may be; Cap. Latte, espresso?

Not including overhead costs (rent, utilities, etc) my biggest seller is about 1.00 per 16oz drink. Now keep in mind my business is outdoor concessions during the summer. Some of my items might cost me more because I have to actually pay for ice instead of make it myself & sometimes I have to pay extra for milk depending on what city Im in. So my cost per unit might be more than yours. And thats a Frozen cappuccino made with an espresso syrup & milk (not a blended up powder) or a 100% real fruit smoothie. I sell those both for 4.25 inc. tax. Hot drinks cost per unit are drastically lower depending on the drink.
