could it be me? I'm looking for my personal roasting yoda. Show me the ropes I learn fast and am aching to be more involved in the roaster/origin picture. I have culinary experiance (2 1/2year apprenticeship in Berlin) so I know the basics of heat exchange and have a developed pallet.
