My sales have gone up since theirs has gone down too! Just remember that Starbucks is one of the main reasons we all have a current job in the coffee world! Think about it awhile. If Starbucks hadn't spent millions marketing specialty coffee, would the specialty coffee market be so big today? I still have a "Friends don't let Friends drink Starbucks" sign in my roasting barn.

amen! without them we wouldn't be. They just paved the way for us to show the people what real specialty coffee is.

You're right about having to give Starbucks credit for marketing specialty coffee. Ten years ago, who would have thought to pay $2 bucks for drip coffee. When people were used to paying $.50 at their gas stations. But that's all the credit I can give them....oh and that one issue of playboy "girls of starbucks" =P j/k
