this is great. i'm trying to do the same here in northeast tennessee.
i'm currently preparing for a once-a-month "class" for anyone who wants to come down saturday mornings at 10.
hopefully we'll accomplish the same, and perhaps can share insights. -

I know it's been awhile but I wanted to check back and get an update how this is going. I'm thinking about starting something similar for my coffee bar.
