Sounds great to me. Salted caramels have become very popular, too. Today I am adding sea salt and rum to dulce de leche for cappuccino squiggle.

I remember reading about salt coffee recently as well. Has anyone tried to make a dark chocolate sea salt mocha? I bet it would be great. On a recent trip to DC, I discovered a cool tea shop called Teaism that sold these chocolate cookies w/ sea salt on them. http://kayakcookies.com/ Terrific combo!
