Just wondering if anyone had personal experience making smoothies using yogurt as base and how is that different from using a powder base for smoothies. I am assuming powder is more economical due to less spoilage but is yogurt a better sell due to its nutritious value?

for epic smoothies, combine good frozen fruit with some milk, yogurt, and honey. probably way cheaper than buy any kind of prepackaged yuckiness.

that is to say, use yogurt.
Thanks Jared will go ahead and give that a try.
