Recent closures....
Is anyone else bummed with the closures of local coffee shops in the past two years? Sometimes I find a new favorite place (Bevalo) and suddenly its gone. How do you feel about this?

I had only been to Bevalo once and they served me the best espresso in Utah that i have had so far. Next time i went, BAM! Closed. I blame myself for not visiting Bevalo more. I just always thought it was a bank.
