how can you describe the difference in tast between drip coffee and amirecano and french press.? " using the same coffee bean " i have been trying all these methods and couldnt tell really the difference

Even if they taste much the same, they should certainly "feel" very different in your mouth. The more you play with your dose and grind the more you'll feel and taste the differences.
