The shop would be small. There would be room for 10 customers tops and I would off course hand pick the customers.

I am so close to my perfect coffeeshop right now. So close.

Clevers & other homemade for all brewed coffee. A lovely every day espresso blend, and a rotating stock of guest espressos. Baristas who know how to pull a good shot. No blender, no panini, no espresso to go.

I could go for a better machine, better grinders, better water filtration. But now, it's so close.

In a world where money is no object, I would create a mobile coffee shop that runs on coffee grounds. I would only come out late, for those few wanderers who still lolly gag about in ungodly hours of the night. The next day there would be no sign that the shop was ever there, making customers question whether or not it was all a dream. I call it "The Phantom"
