Good coffee in Vegas?

Does anyone know if there is anything even resembleing good coffee in las Vegas? I've looked everywhere I could think of and tried all that claim to have quality espresso and coffee but they sadly don't realize that it's pretty nasty! Please help!

go to Paris and have the douwe egberts (sp?) freeze dried coffee its so good.

ps: Get some espresso flavored vodka and call it a day.

A new gellato shop and coffee bar opened recently in the Venetian called pallazo it might be worth a visit let me know what its like as I have not been there. Prob serve illy like most of vegas.

Should update this to we're working at the best place for good coffee and espresso in Vegas =P
