Guatemalan El Injerto estate in Huehuetenango.... full city roast with a ton of body, chocolate, and spice... Drinking it BLACK in Walla Walla, WA.
Been running El Injerto in one of our SO espresso grinders. Think straight shots of soft milk chocolate with hints of caramel green apple!

No offense but Dude (OP Garrett), 'bout gagged after reading the thread title then seeing Banana Mocha. Maybe a dessert beverage up your alley, but no way I'd consider it any type of serious let alone bad ass coffee.

Not snowing here in Vancouver, Washington ~ not Canada and not the US Capital.

had a kenya peaberry from riuki in the nyakiri co-op, kiambu (sourced through coffeeshrub) off the pourover bar, again black (the only way to drink it) and four shots of our house espresso.

also, for the love of all that is holy, this is the barista exchanges and travel forum. just cause it's the first forum doesn't mean it's the forum you should post in.
I almost ordered of couple of vac bricks of Shrub's Riuki just yesterday. Tantalizing write up. But at the last second switched, couldn't help myself, instead ordered another two of the Kirinyaga I'd just ran out of 'cuz it was so dang good. Tom does do an excellent job of sourcing stellar micro-lots.

it's a good coffee, but i get peaches more than strawberries. and that "fuzz-tone" writeup was just about useless haha. i wish they'd include roasting temps or agtron numbers instead of "roast to full city +" but that's the only complaint i have with them. the coffees great and so is the price for the quantity
It was after lunch so it was kind of dessert and haven’t had one in awhile haven’t really had any espresso drinks in awhile. Wow I need to get on that, but I guess it all preference whatever you enjoy is what you drink. I keep it simple you maybe be harder to please and that’s cool to. Now I’m drinking La Bella Vita with caramel.
